• Deliver revenue and market‑share growth: own annual targets; drive territory performance and productivity.
• Lead and develop the sales team: manage direct employees and agents; coach through regular co‑travels and quarterly reviews; build succession plans.
• Develop and execute regional strategy: translate market insights into regional sales plans; align with marketing to implement agreed programs.
