What you will do
Own and grow the Fire Detection Products business in Sweden & Norway by building a qualified partner network, creating a predictable pipeline, and converting strategic opportunities into revenue — in tight coordination with Business Development.
How you will do it
Deliver sustainable revenue growth across Sweden & Norway through new business.Build and maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage in SalesforceIdentify, recruit, and activate new system integrators and partners in underpenetrated areas with focus on commercial real estate, healthcare and infrastructure.Build early engagement on projects (design/spec stage)Position JCI Fire Detection Products as preferred alternative.Drive specification strategy with consultants and end-users with BDMExecute structured account plans for top partners (growth, gap, actions)Ensure accurate monthly forecastingWork in daily al...
