ABOUT THE ROLE
The position of Regional Sales Manager is to drive business growth through the execution of corporate, regional and local sales strategies, in securing product positioning and market penetration. The Regional Sales Manager works closely with their team to capture and broaden market share, aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning.
A core focus of the Regional Sales Manager is building and developing a high-performing team – leading, coaching and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets and optimal patient outcomes
