1. Role Purpose
This role is accountable for achieving regional sales and profitability targets while managing dealer performance and driving sales and market share growth within the assigned markets in the Middle East region.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve all sales-related KPIs in the designated regional markets.
- Negotiate and agree annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and promotion calendars with distributors.
- Deliver wholesale and retail volume, market share, and profitability targets within agreed timelines.
- Design and implement commercial policies and sales support programs to support overall sales management.
