About the role
The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving profitable and sustainable sales growth across the assigned territory by leading Cluster Team Leaders (TLs), TCRs, and field sales teams. The role is responsible for delivering commercial targets, ensuring portfolio quality, driving customer adoption and usage, and building a high-performance sales culture aligned with company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Drive regional sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, market share, and growth targets.
+ Lead, coach, and develop Cluster Team Leaders (TLs), TCRs, and field sales teams to deliver high performance, accountability, and execution excellence.
+ Ensure portfolio quality by achieving a minimum of 90% repayment efficiency and maintaining an average customer usage rate of 1.2 across all sales within the region.
