Drawing on their industry knowledge and leadership capabilities, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) develops and executes regional sales growth targets by effectively leading and managing the Commercial Sales team. Reporting to the Regional Director (RD), the RSM maintains a strong working knowledge of current market conditions to be a trusted advisor to the RD and Store management group for all sales related activities in the region. The position aligns its core responsibilities with the Sales RAPID outline, focusing on strategic sales planning and execution.
