Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
Responsible to lead a team of Area Managers, Sales Executives and Showroom‑in‑charges, and to provide guidance, support, direction and motivation for enhancing performance and improving efficiency levels.
Expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
Constantly assess competitors activities and recommend suitable measures to counter.
Design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
Organize necessary training programs for dealer salesmen and the company’s sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Attend to all issues concerning dealers, hospitality customers and ensure smooth business transactions.
Maintain a very high level of working relationship with all the customers, including hospitality customers.
