Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve or
exceed company goals in revenue, market share, and store expansion for mobile
phone financing products.
• Channel Development: Lead the expansion of the open channel market by
conducting fieldwork to identify, sign, onboard, and activate new merchant partners
(mobile phone retailers, dealers, chains). Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with key partners.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
including Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Representatives, and Brand
Ambassadors. Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career
development support.
