Responsibilities Recruit, train, manage and motivate independent sales agents and targets in assigned provinces to ensure the customer base grows. Motivate team to work towards sales targets, monthly and annual sales targets. Manage effective cost management within province. Track own revenue against budgeted targets monthly. Manage and develop awareness of the company's brand and services in the market. Ensure sufficient stock of flyers and pamphlets are always available for the province. Establish ways to increase the awareness of the company's brand and the services offered. Manage calendar promotions, as well as additionally, carry out additional promotions throughout the year.
