Position Overview
Role purpose Drive sales revenue and profitability by setting targets, building sales plans/strategies, analyzing market/customer needs, tailoring offerings, and growing/maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities - Manage customer relationships for the assigned region; lead early-stage client engagement and coordinate internally to respond to customer needs/queries.
- Prepare commercial proposals/offers , support pricing/negotiations, and capture customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Deliver sales targets across airframe, hangar space, workshops, spare/expendable materials, and additional services .
- Support quotation preparation (man‑hours, rates, additional charges) and ensure service deadlines through cross‑department coordination.
