Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales and growth strategy aligned with global objectives
- Lead high-value project pursuits and bidding activities , ensuring strong pre-RFP positioning
- Build and manage key accounts and strategic client relationships across APAC
- Drive commercial excellence , including CRM adoption, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
- Provide market intelligence and insights to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project conversion and delivery handover
- Lead and develop a regional business development and sales team
