Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales or store management
- Experience with automotive parts, technical sales engineering retail branch management
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good problem-solving and organisational ability
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Willingness to travel regularly between store locations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores within a region
- Step in to support stores during busy periods, staff shortages, or manager leave
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store teams to achieve sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are available for customers
