Regional Recruitment Manager - Civil Engineering - MIDLANDS

£55k - £70k + High OTE + Car + Benefits

My client has been established for over 30 years and has branches in numerous locations nationwide.

They are rapidly growing and constantly recruiting for various roles. Now they are looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager to join them and manage and grow three small teams from various locations in the South and Midlands.

In 2018 there is projection for you to open new branches and build those teams should you wish to.

You should ideally be based Midlands but the South will also be ideal.

Regular travel will be involved and you will be given a company car or allowance.

Responsibilities of the role will be to make sure all locations hit their targets, grow the team in-line with the targets.

You will also be going out and winning new business and also further developing the existing.
