Position Overview
Lead and drive compliance with all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies, programs, and initiatives to enhance process and service quality across the region.
Evaluate existing regional processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the regional subject matter expert and liaison for the company's Quality Management System as well as external standards (e.g., ISO, Good Distribution Practices).
Support and monitor regional quality and safety improvement projects, ensuring timely progress and successful outcomes.
Provide leadership and expertise in quality management, ISO standards, and certification processes.
Collaborate with the Vice President of Risk & Safety and the QHSE Director to develop tools, methodologies, and systems that strengthen quality and safety performance.
Define and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent adherence across all locations.
