About the Role:

Fitzrovia is seeking to hire a Regional Property Manager . The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a residential portfolio in Toronto, including operations, financial performance, tenant relation, and team leadership. This role ensures efficient building operations, an excellent resident experience, and alignment with company policies. The Regional Property Manager will lead and support a team of property management professionals while collaborating closely with Leasing, Marketing, Asset Management and Corporate Operations.
