Responsibilities

• 
  Develop scope of services, deliverables, cost and support, and manage the budget throughout the process.


• 
  Establish the communication plan, schedule and financial controls.


• 
  Work closely with business units to identify and resolve issues.


• 
  Coordinate and manage all deployment input from various parties. Confirm full scope deployment time line is realistic for all sub-projects.


• 
  Compile all deployment data into an overall technical solution document and review the overall deployment activities for accuracy.


• 
  Manage the development of closeout reports.


• 
  Program Management for all the projects which are agreed with global clients from the start to end of the Project.
