The PMO Coordinator – NextGen Program (APAC) is responsible for supporting the overall APAC NextGen program and ensuring effective alignment between various regional execution and the global NextGen program. The role aims to provide structured tracking, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency, governance, and execution discipline across the region. It will work closely with the three other regional coordinator roles for the NEXTGEN program.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Coordinate the APAC regional program office activities for the NextGen program, ensuring alignment across countries/ Sites, workstreams, and timelines. Support the APAC NextGen Program Coordinator in driving structure, discipline, and follow‑through across the program. Be a critical part of the APAC interface into the Global NextGen Program team, ensuring timely two‑way communication, alignment on priorities, and escalation where required.
