Position Overview

We are looking for a Spain Regional Procurement Manager to lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of Fulfilment Center (FC) Procurement professionals. The role involves delivering procurement solutions, meeting key performance indicators, and supporting both regional and local FC goals.

• Hire and develop a strong team capable of delivering procurement solutions and scaling with network demands on a long-term planning horizon.
• Lead the team to develop and manage a dependable, cost-effective, and high-performing supply chain for locally managed goods and services.
• Ensure network-wide standardization of all procurement-related processes and FC service activities.
• Partner with internal customers to influence spending decisions positively.
