The Regional Procurement Manager oversees sourcing, contracting, and procurement activities to support refinery operations, maintenance, turnarounds, and capital projects. Reporting to the SMPO, this role ensures compliance with financial, legal, and technical requirements while driving value through cost management, quality assurance, supplier performance, and risk control.
