What can you expect?

The Regional Placement & Policy Servicing Leader is responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and projects in line with established standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that data, tools and processes meet business and client needs. An Operations Leader leads and inspires a multi‑team department to execute its strategy and achieve its operational goals.

• Communicates opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality, quantifies impact, prioritizes initiatives, and develops execution plans.
