Within this model, the Regional People Partnering team plays a critical role in executing People strategy locally, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and practices.
Reporting to the Global People Manager, this role sits within the APAC Regional People Partnering team and partners closely with Global HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Operations to ensure aligned and effective HR delivery.
This role will primarily support APAC markets beyond Kuala Lumpur, acting as a key partner across multiple countries while contributing to the broader regional People agenda.
