We are a well-known global payroll outsourcing vendor looking for a seasoned Payroll Lead for payroll client services.
Job Duties:
Lead a team to deliver payroll services, responsible for service delivery and team performance.
Hands-on processing end-to-end payroll services for clients' employees in large headcount number.
Ensure team members delivering 100% accuracy onpayroll and statutorycalculations.
Answer to clients' enquiry, resolve payroll issues and provide expert advice.
Drive operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with clients' HR representative and Government authorities on monthly governance and reporting.
Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
