You will partner closely with the Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and executed consistently. This individual contributor role blends program support with hands‑on regional delivery, requiring strong analytical capability, market expertise, compliance awareness, and collaborative partnership across multiple functions.
