Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for LAP, Unsecured Business Loan & Supply Chain Disbursement vertical which comprises Login Desk, NDC, Disbursement, PDD/OTC updation, Documentation & KYC compliances, MIS updation for entire region Responsible for system entry and reconciliation of all the files disbursed during the day/ month by all the aligned locations. Accountable for scrutiny of all products loan files within the region by adhering company policy/ processes Coordination with allocated Branches and stakeholders for quick & smooth disbursal Accountable for New and Existing Process Reengineering for better TAT improvement and training to Sales / Credit teams on new processes Ensures adherence to Quality Management System and support for continual improvement Responsible for enhancements in existing system for TAT , Quality & Control improvement Accountable for all audit findi...
