Regional Operations Manager Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the daily operations of food service outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships and inventory control to ensure cost‑effective sourcing and supply chain stability.
- Monitor outlet performance, analyze sales reports and implement improvement plans to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace safety requirements and company operational standards.
