Regional Operations Manager
to oversee customer logistics operations, contract management, and regional coordination across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between headquarters, regional subsidiaries, and major customers, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the logistics network. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer & Operations Management Serve as the primary contact point for logistics-related customer requirements and operational issues. Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports, including KPI, SLA, lead time, customer satisfaction, cost, and service quality metrics.
