Job Description : We are seeking a qualified Supervisor for Phlebotomy to oversee and lead a team of phlebotomists and nurses while ensuring that patient care standards are consistently met. This individual will be responsible for the supervision, training, and management of phlebotomy staff, along with coordinating phlebotomy services within our healthcare facility.
Full responsibility and 24/7 accountability for overall operations for the clinical area(s)s/unit(s) as per the Organization Chart and/or as per assignment; demonstrating strong critical thinking skills in making appropriate clinical and managerial decisions and judgments.
