Develop Southeast Asia (SEA) regional brand product merchandising mix for the Salomon Business Unit, ensure merchandising strategy is properly coordinated to the local teams in every country and implemented efficiently to achieve the organization’s goals.
Prepare the seasonal product range tailored to the local needs in every country, including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, develop the quarterly range calendar release date, and determine the merchandising allocation for all channels.
Work closely with China Headquarters’ product development teams to address SEA market needs, study and report regional trends, and monitor sportswear and shoes localization plan progress for the regional market.
Establish long‑term vision for different brands and categories growth, and develop the seasonal merchandising plan to achieve targets, and ensure Salomon's healthy image in the market. ...
