**Job Description**

The hard lines field coordinator position is part of the store planning team. They are responsible for working with the hardlines members of the purchasing team to ensure excellent merchandising directives for the store operations team. The hardlines departments consist of farm, pets, automotive, and hardware.

This individual will work with the store planning team to establish and execute the store planning directives.
