Role Purpose

Report to the CEO, the primary function of the role is to drive retail excellence in the region. This includes delivering the P&L budget, providing first-class customer service, and enhancing the brand awareness through expansion, visual merchandising and marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving the overall P&L performance of the respective region, setting relevant KPIs for the regional team, and implementing a solid reporting system to ensure effective follow-up and profitability focus.
• Monitor, analyze, and take actions based on the market trends; evaluate competitive challenges; and identify opportunities for business growth.
