Key Responsibilities
· Visit and manage key markets across South India to strengthen market presence and distribution.
· Plan and execute new product launch activities to create market awareness and demand.
· Set branch-wise distributor sales targets and monitor performance.
· Ensure regular order flow through consistent distributor follow-ups.
· Coordinate with manufacturing plants to ensure timely product supply to customers.
· Achieve monthly and regional sales targets.
· Track and analyse primary and secondary sales data of distributor branches.
· Implement and circulate product promotional activities across the Service Partner Network.
· Organize and conduct regular sub-distributor and retailer meetings.
· Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
