As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for driving strong and consistent performance across the retail banking network by achieving key performance indicators related to membership growth, share of wallet, financial performance, and member experience. Through effective leadership, coaching, and execution of sales and service strategies, the Regional Manager builds team capability, ensures operational excellence, and uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
