The Regional Manager reports to the Physician Services Director-Operations assigned to the Department of Pediatrics. The Regional Manager will provide daily oversight for operations of each assigned practice. Additionally, the regional manager will assess and provide recommendations on an ongoing basis for practice improvements making adjustments as needed to move each practice forward toward the 'best practice' standards. The Regional Manager will provide financial oversight for the assigned practices including the development of operational and capital budgets. The Manager recruits, hires and oversees the training and orientation for all clinical and clerical staff and provides ongoing supervision and evaluation of the staff.
