**Job Description:**

Provides leadership to the Neurovascular Clinical Technology Specialist Team. Provides technical, clinical and educational support for Terumo Neuro Products with focus on new technologies. Job duties might include:

+ Supervise and mentor the Neurovascular Clinical Technology Specialist Team: Recruit, Hire and Train new staff; provide career development, job performance feedback and leadership; support budgeting, manage resource allocation and strategic planning.
+ Collaborate with Marketing and NA Sales to develop, and provide optimal technical/clinical support for product evaluations, physician new-users, challenging cases, clinical in-services and other physician training and educational support programs on all Terumo Neuro products.
