Responsibilities
Implement strategy for business planning, development, HR management, and financial/administrative aspects for the region. Drive performance goals aligned with strategic outcomes and foster a high-performance culture. Be accountable for the region’s overall performance and profitability. Adopt and execute an effective marketing strategy for each client and division within the region. Pursue marketing opportunities to achieve targeted growth and income. Maintain professional and optimal client relationships to ensure sustainability. Perform Consulting Engineering tasks such as planning, design, documentation, procurement, contract administration, construction monitoring, and project closeout.
