Position Overview
Responsibilities - Lead and develop a growing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) across the Asia region
- Act as the senior customer success contact and executive sponsor for key regional customers
- Drive customer value, satisfaction, and successful outcomes within the Defence and Intelligence sectors
- Co‑own regional renewal and expansion targets in collaboration with CSMs and Sales teams
- Hire and onboard world‑class talent to scale the regional presence
Requirements - 10-15 years of customer‑facing experience (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting)
- Direct people management experience
- Firm grounding in the defence industry (Sales, Business Development, or Program Management)
- Experience in intelligence collection (ideally space‑based or geospatial ISR)
- Experience in intelligence analysis and dissemination
