Position: Regional Manager
Location:  Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the NBFC sector with strong expertise in Gold Loan operation 
Salary : Upto 12 Lacs 
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee operations of 23 branches across Karnataka.
* Drive regional business growth and achieve revenue targets.
* Develop and implement business strategies to increase gold loan portfolio.
* Monitor branch-wise performance and ensure target achievement.
* Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and regional teams.
* Ensure effective customer acquisition and retention.
* Monitor gold loan disbursement, renewal, and closure activities.
* Oversee collections and recovery performance across branches.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
* Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews.
