此職位為實務導向的領導角色，涵蓋 IT 支援治理、基礎架構協調、端點設備營運、網路與防火牆支援、供應商管理，以及區域 IT 專案執行。

主要職責
領導日常區域 IT 營運，並指導資深 IT 專員及 IT 專員團隊。
擔任複雜桌面支援、端點設備、帳號存取、網路、應用程式及基礎架構問題的升級處理窗口。
管理基礎架構協調工作，包括網路連線、Wi-Fi、VPN、防火牆、備份及災難復原準備。
標準化 IT 支援流程，包括新員工入職、離職、資產管理、設備設定、軟體安裝及權限申請。
支援 LarkSuite 作為核心協作平台，並管理使用者帳號、權限及平台導入與使用推廣。
於適用情況下支援 Google Workspace 管理。
提供 FortiGate 防火牆及網路安全支援，包括政策審查、VPN、WAN／網際網路疑難排解、供應商升...
