Lead a region to optimise productivity and recruitment target through Insurance leaders and agents.

• Drive production target and recruitment goal at regional level through continuous guidance to Agency Directors and Agency Leaders.
• Organise high impact, events and activities virtually or physically to build up the recruitment momentum at regional level.
• Plan and execute product-based customised training and programs for agencies to enhance their awareness on the latest product development.
• Monitor performance of agencies with several ranks and building rapport with them to work closely for better production in solid business.
• Identify the challenges and support required by agencies and collaborate accordingly to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
• Conduct review regularly with Agency Leaders and agents to foster relationships and understand their needs.
