The Regional Industrial Engineer Manager leads the deployment of standardized Industrial Engineering and Lean methodologies across Asia-Pacific Tire Manufacturing to strengthen factory competitiveness. It supports 3 countries: Thailand, Indonesia and India and is expected to partner closely with plant and regional leadership to define and execute labor utilization strategies that optimize productivity, output, and cost performance. The position is accountable for plant efficiency results, drives cost-related performance indicators, supports AOP objectives, and develops strong linkages between business and manufacturing. Additionally, it leads growth and capability studies, delivers project scope and financial estimates for gate reviews, educates leadership in Industrial Engineering practices, and ensures best practices are shared and replicated across plants.
