Position Summary
The Regional Human Resource Manager leads the execution and delivery of HR operations across Milwaukee, WI and Morton Grove, IL sites, while also supporting a remote workforce. This role ensures consistent, efficient, and compliant HR processes across all locations and employee populations, including onsite and remote teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, leading HR Partners, and coaching and guiding site and functional leaders.
