We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager based in Cleveland, OH. This role will serve as a key leader in the Cleveland office, but also support HR teams in multiple cities in Ohio on all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for staff-level positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and oversee a smooth onboarding process for incoming employees.
• Administer local employee benefits programs by coordinating communications and distributing enrollment materials.
