Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer, with a dual line into the APAC CEO, based in regional headquarters, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and leading the people strategy, people priorities and growth and transformation journey end‑to‑end, leading a lean, collaborative and high‑performing team across a number of APAC markets.

The group operates within a fast‑paced global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable, partnering the leadership team of their respective capital markets leadership client groups partnering with global HR COE’s in HQ, aligning with EMEA and Americas from a “one global business” and “one global HR team” perspective.
