Position Overview
Responsibilities: Regional HR Operations & Process Optimization Coordinate and facilitate quarterly Regional HR focal point, meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and documentation of key outcomes.
Maintain and enhance regional HR communication channels and contact databases to ensure effective information flow.
Provide high-level administrative and project support to the team, including complex scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and handling of sensitive communications.
Act as the primary liaison for Regional HR focal points, providing operational guidance and resolving escalated matters.
Drive the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of regional HR processes, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
