The Regional Head, Sales Excellence & Steering (RSES) is the senior executive accountable for operationalizing the global Sales Excellence & Steering strategy across the region. This leader oversees a large multi-country organization, ensuring that global standards become consistent, effective, and sustainable regional operating practices.
Strategic Execution & Operating Model Alignment
Β· Translate global Sales Excellence & Steering strategy into regional execution plans and governance routines.
Β· Implement a verticalized operating model across customer/industry segments.
Β· Ensure adherence to global process, governance, compliance, and performance standards.
