Overview

Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer – North America, the Regional Head of Product Development will centralize product development resources across lines of business to ensure consistency, governance, and career development while preserving line autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑line product development activities, including emerging risks, blended products, and shared wording standards while addressing regulatory requirements.
• Own governance frameworks for wording authorities and referrals; establish thresholds, approval protocols, and escalation paths.
• Drive consistency and improvement of existing tools; build, implement, and maintain wording tools across the LoBs.
