To lead E2E MCL organization for MCL with full responsibility for the region, including P&L accountability, cost ownership and customer experience, for delivering operational excellence in the assigned region. Ensure the achievement of established business targets. Build a high performing team and manage, coach and provide leadership for this team. This, including supervision of operations procedures and commercial activities including new business development and implementation. Drive continuous improvement across the Region.

• Create and deliver on the MCL Strategy for the region
• Drive all the financial metrics for all the MCL Products (WND, Cold Store, MM and E-fulfilment) in the region
• Review commercial pipeline management and drive topline growth
• Review investment decisions and follow up on the same
• Growth target setting and follow-up
