About the position

Title: Regional Growth Lead | Location: Southeast Asia (Malaysia preferred) | Department: Sales & Marketing | Reports to: Founder & COO

This is a hybrid role combining Growth (pipeline, funnel, acquisition) and Enterprise sales (high‑value deals, key accounts).

You will work directly with the COO to:

• Launch the new version to market
• Build and scale a repeatable growth engine
• Drive both volume growth and strategic deals

1. Launch & Go-To-Market (Critical)
