**Description**

We're looking for a regional practice builder who can lead, develop and operate a team of architects and engineers focused on Mission Critical, Aerospace and Industrial markets in the southwest.



What you will do



+ Lead the Southwest Region’s Global Facilities (GFS) practice. Primary focus will be growing our Mission Critical and Aerospace & Industrial markets in a dynamic and profitable manner based upon Burns & McDonnell's core values of client satisfaction, commitment, dedication, integrity, safety, and overall outstanding service.

+ Responsible for the sales, revenue and income goals for the Global Practice.

+ Initiates and directs proposal development and contract negotiations; responsible for coordinating project planning including scoping, budgeting, maintaining schedules, communicating and managing deadlines and establishing and performing to critical project objectives.
