As the business continues to expand its regional footprint, the company is looking for a hands-on finance and tax professional to manage its Singapore entities, including operating companies and project SPVs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting for Singapore entities, including operating companies and SPVs.
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and transaction files in line with Singapore statutory and accounting requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, respond to audit queries and support the timely issuance of audit reports.
• Handle Singapore corporate tax compliance, including ECI filing, annual tax returns, GST, withholding tax and related payments.
